HOW WE ARE DIFFERENT
The Story Of Dynasty Homes
In 1977, Jeff and Valerie Gray decided to build their own home. At the bank, the loan officer offered them a loan for their project – and a larger line of credit if they took on the project of building his house, as well. They jumped in with both feet and never looked back. To date, Dynasty Homes has built more than 2,000 homes.
In 2013, Jeff and Valerie offered to build a Dynasty home for their granddaughter, Dana, and her family. Dana and her husband Adam agreed. They found the process of building a home so exciting that Dana has now partnered with her grandfather to run the business together.
Through the years, Jeff and Valerie have been committed to maintaining Dynasty Homes as a small, family-run enterprise. Dana shares this vision and remains committed to building high-quality, well-designed homes.
This is our family. This is Dynasty Homes.
How Dynasty Is Different
When you walk into a Dynasty home, you feel the difference immediately.
At Dynasty, we pride ourselves on creating competitively priced homes with character and thoughtful design. We add custom-built touches that add character you won’t find with typical builder-grade houses on the market.
Each of our houses is thoughtfully designed with a specific theme in mind. That theme carries through every detail – from the paint color in the master bedroom to the tile choice in the bathroom to the light fixtures in the living room.
Our goal is for you to walk in the door and feel at home before it’s your home.
Dana joined her grandfather in the business in 2015 and hit the ground running. Passionate about design, Dana adds customized touches to each Dynasty Home that resonate with buyers. Several of her recent homes sold the same day they went on the market.
Jeff started Dynasty Homes with his wife, Valerie, in 1977, and together they’ve built more than 2,000 homes. For +40 years Jeff remains a vital part of every angle of the business, from looking for new projects to managing the building process to partnering with realtors. He and Valerie spend their winters in Arizona.
